@It's Your Time Believe and Achieve I like your 4 steps; it's also important to know that as a husband & man you're going to want to provide solutions and fixes immediately to the issue. This is not what your partner wants to hear right now. What they want most of all is a partner that listens to them and makes them feel heard and understood. A lot of time when we're facing an issue and talking about it with a partner we're not asking for solutions immediately and in fact when we're initially presented with ideas (even those that are good) are going to be rejected because we want our feelings to be understood. So please, listen, ask and then when your partner feels that you understand their situation, you can start helping with advice.

You're sick and tired, so, don't bother to apply. No. #3. Adjust your THINKING. If you say I submitted 49 resumes, isn't that enough? Don't think about applying. No. #4. Adjust your ACTIONS. If you believe 49 resumes were too many. This is not 2001, things have changed.

I guess I'll find out if this site, the jobs it's publishing are for real and if it's of any benefit to me to open an account if I recieve answers to my specific questions:
**I'm loolking for a work from home position - 24 -32 hours per week at $15 MIN. per hour and I need to completely overhaul/update my resume.
#1- Will I be able to re-format my resume the way I want to somewhere on my account - or will I have to use some standard form? #2 - is there an option to upload my resume after I re-do it? #3 - will I still recieve the same random job ads, or will they be narrowed per my criteria?
Here goes...
#1First couple weeks where great. As time progressed everything changed. People started showing there true colors nothing but (dope attack's) Whom hate to see people doing better than them. #2 When other's realize you're potential you become a target, litteraly very cut throat atmosphere. #3 The GF and area supervisor only care about Span count. Not things like mad or safety apparently 😒🙄Reported threat's against another employee and myself (with proof) went unnoticed because shortage of help worst of all when I tried to leave I was threatened to be black listed and probably am for not wanting to work in a hostile environment would not suggest Burfords try Asplundh or Lewis previously employed at both never had these problems.

We listen and believe others more than we believe in ourselves. Yet, no one knows you better than YOU!
Four things to remember and act upon:
#1. STOP putting yourself down. Other people are waiting in the shadows of time to do that as well.
#2. STOP beating yourself up. It's not necessary to find faults in yourself when you look in the mirror.
#3. STOP holding yourself back. It's your time to go and grow, so take quality time to be the best YOU!
#4. STOP second guessing yourself. Your first instincts will lead you to people who are willing to help you win.
When you begin to Re-Love Yourself, everything else will fall-in-place and you can fly.

I met some wonderful people. The owner(s). #1 Cindy, #2 David, #3 Mike. Beautiful souls they were and are. Sadly the owner's Cindy and David have passed. Cindy was very firm, but very loyal to not only her customers, but to her employees. Her and David were very loving and well known by many. Mike was a very pleasant person to work with. I was very thankful for working for them and for them giving me the opportunity to work for them. If work for evey job meant what came from them, came with the job, it would be undescribable. I'm thankful for what they taught me, and for what I learned. #coworkers #foodservices #love#honir#loyalty
