Because of Shabi mainly , and my old boss Brian Lehman , it was the coolest environment. Shabi really cares about his people. Workers ,friends & family. The place is up beat & comfortable to relax or party. Football season is here , it’s on at 7s or Js Bar & Grill. Party on the patio thursday evenings Is live at 5. Well 5 pm to 10 pm then we quiet down for our residence across Sony.. I loved 7s Bar & Grill. Shabi makes everyone lucky enough to know him feel important & loved. Christmas time is my absolute favorite time that I can remember , it’s stands out hands down. Shabi goes out and buys 200 bikes ( or so) for all the kids in foster homes . 7s serves turkey dinner and deserts to bus loads of children .. Shabi said it’s his favorite time of the season . So he can see the kids faces when they come in and bikes are everywhere. That was great. I loved working at 7s
I was cashiering i loved all my customers also i got to learn how to order different areas in the store i also learned how to inventory. But the most thing i loved was meeting and helping my customers on a daily routine. I miss my job alot and i really want to be apart of the 7 eleven family in makaha again....

First thing I loved and noticed instantly was the amount of patients my fellow coworkers showed. And true indeed at the very beginning I made a couple mistakes and they were right there to pick me back up and show me and make me feel better about the situation. Secondly I loved how the owners weren't prejudice,or judgemental.They were, regular people and the treated everyone equally,equal.......I'm Originally from Los Angeles and most people who either own an Establishment or in control to hire and fire individuals,see a black man and automatically to began to pre-judge.I love how they gave me a chance to show I was a different kind of black man not the one that deserves to be prejudged because of his peers or people that look like him. they gave me a chance to show and prove that I'm responsible reliable caring and respectful. In many ways I thank God for 7-Eleven giving me an opportunity I learned a lot.

Was the regular customers that i would see everyday. Also I did get alot of invitations if you will from females during the time I worked there. If my bosses weren't such degenerates and actually remembered who they were and treated everyone with redpect instead of acting like they were better then everybody that worked for them I probably would have stuck around. I really miss that time period in my life and the friends that I made. Overall it was a good experience at least for me.
