This was the first company that I owned. I enjoyed the challenges and rewards that came with being a business owner and my partner was excellent to work with. We had our roles well defined, and we had a great balance of skills.

Some skills I learned were #A&RDec.andRemodelingllc.

A multitude of things like drywalling, taping and mudding, tiling, light plumbing, and other carpentry duties associated with a carpenter/construction worker. Supervisory skills that showed many how to be different with different personalities. Always being motivational towards the jobs goals.
