Ensuring accessibility is crucial to granting equitable opportunities to job seekers with disabilities. It encompasses a range of factors, such as physical accommodations, assistive technologies, and inclusive policies that empower individuals to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.

By eliminating physical and technological barriers, employers can establish an equitable environment where individuals with disabilities can confidently demonstrate heir skills and talents. This fosters a level playing field and enables PWDs to thrive professionally.

When I say the word "Accessibility" what do you think of it? I believe we as a Community need to agree on the term and I wanted to get your input. #disability #accessibility #togetherwecan

I'm in a wheelchair and wondering what the policies were surrounding places being wheelchair accessible. Is it a standard that all work places must accomodate disabled workers? Because I have interviewed at a few places that were had some areas only accessible on foot
