It's a great opportunity to make money and learn new things

ADDECCO is hiring I recently got hired on

Can anyone advise me on how to deal with getting interviews, making it to the top 2 for the second interview & not being offered the job. This has happened to me on 2 recent occasions. I'm not sure wny but this is mind boggling. I have been out of work sense 11.1.2018 but started seeking employment opportunities in March of this year. I had a set of interviews in April. One was very promising, the manager gave me great feedback and directed me on how to engage with her VP and then nothing..no follow up..I reached out several times & was ignored... in May I had a really great interview.. was very promising made it to the top 2 went to the second interview & was not selected. They did respond when I inquired & stated that I did have all the qualifications, skill set ect. Ect. but it was a choice between 2 strong candidates.. & it was a tough decision. That was a shocker for me because the lady that I would have been working closely with indicated that I was the best one for the job but the committee may have thought otherwise. I recently had another interview in June same scenerio.. got to the 2nd interview & was not selected ask for feedback which is a standard practice of mine & radio silence. I'm at a loss right now.. they say the economy is doing well in Texas however it seems lots of people are looking for work. I have never been unemployed this long..in addition I have never been on the amount of interviews that I have been on especially getting to the second round & no offers...can anyone on this forum relate? I have a Masters in HR Management, a Bachelors in Business Administration, & 10 years of extensive HR experience that includes payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, LOA, new hire orientation ect.ect. Thank you for any feedback you have

Adecco was a temp agency. They closed the Cookeville office or I would be working with them again.

Again, they were a temp agency.

No drama at that job. It was probably the best job I ever had. They were extremely good to their emploees.

Adecco is a temp agency. I didn't work at their office. They found me a job at Flowserve that was suppose to last for six months. I stayed at Flowserve for 7 months helping in the relocation of their accounts payable to a different country.
