I have a round of face-to-face interviews on December 4th for a Clinical Trial Associate position (basically, it's an administrative role for clinical trial/projects). The first segment is a presentation to a group of 8-10 people. I'm really nervous about this, as I have never had to do a presentation before. I have assisted managers+ prepare their presentations, but I have never had to give one myself.
I am feeling really anxious about this.

I have been searching for a new job since the beginning of June. I have over 12 years in administrative experience. I am getting interviews but then get ghosted. Even by staffing agencies. One job stated that they went with another applicant as they live closer to the business. A staffing agency emailed me and said they would have to dig deeper to find something appropriate for me. I've had only 2 jobs in the past 13 years. Due to hard work & proving myself I was promoted to management positions even though I knew nothing of that industry initially. I just turned 60 recently and feel that I will have to "dumb" down my resume just to get a full time job. (I currently am working a part time seasonal job that does not pay the bills). I don't have a college degree, licensed or special certification which is why I'm looking for administrative positions. My previous bosses (both companies downsized so I wasn't let go due to performance) are actively giving me leads & are my job references. Even they don't understand why some company has not snatched me up yet. How can I tell if I am being age discriminated against?

I enjoyed working for Hill country referral and management because it was very busy, I enjoy meeting people,also it was challenging and never a dull moment,
