I loved my job, I loved the work that I did because I did one hell of a job. But I hated the environment, too many bullies and general manager had favoritism towards some employees. Unprofessional.... you should always appreciate all your employees, it goes a long way.

The biggest mistake I made was not standing up for myself when the general manager blamed me for the company’s bad reputation. General manager blamed me for bad reviews from 2016 when I wasn’t even working there. I also find it odd how I just recently came back from maternity leave and the general manager blamed me for these reviews and then let’s me go..... isn’t that odd?????

Don’t work there. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don’t appreciate any of the hard work you do, they don’t care for their good employees. The general manager has favoritism with other employees and they can get away with anything, imagine I caught two employees looking through other employees personal files which holds all your documents and social security and I reported it and those employees never got punished or fired for doing that. Another employee looked through the company’s payroll and blacked mailed the general manager and got away with it. I worked hard and was in charge of my department, I did everything right but the general manager wanted someone to blame for the company having bad reputation which I have nothing to do with. They should take a look at who they are hiring to work as the tent crew, as they don’t care for people’s houses and do whatever they want and customers get upset! I would too if someone ruined my house. So I say run unless you want to be bullied on a daily basis from employees that don’t even get reprimanded and need to be. RUN!!!
