
What I love working at Alorica Call Center is that every day you learn new good things like ; serving, helping , learning and guiding othes , all so as a CSR or a Client.

Last time a customer got angry with me at Alorica Call Center was about receiving his Gear broke so I replaced the Gear and expedited his shipping to over night and return the old one.


This company has a bad reputation and it lives up too it. The manager tell you lies and their attitude is nasty and they sell you a false dream. They want you to lie to the customers to get them off of the phone and at the same time they don't want you to drop surveys. They want good feedback from the customer.

Be more open to friends and be more professional. Give people a chance to help with your career. Not only that but be more of a friend than a associate. Most of all be willing to except judgement

The customers can be rude and uncaring at times but you have to show empathy anyway. It is hard to do sometimes but you can do it.


It is a wonderful great job to work at
