You work as an independent contractor and you are offered jobs, if you accept the job you are required to do it correctly it is on you to correct it. You are required to supply your own cleaning equipment and supplies. But you are free to do other work for someone else if you want to. The owner is great to work for. She does everything possible to offer jobs equally to all contractors and she is very understanding if a problem arises. I love working for this company.
