This is an interesting interview article I found on MoneyWatch.com had with Tina Slattery, the director of talent acquisition at Panasonic North America who plans to hire about 3000 new employees within the next year. These are the four main points she wants to emphasize:
Don’t bash your old boss! Focus interview on your experiences, skills and competencies.
Ask questions, take every opportunity to find out firsthand something you didn’t know about the company.
Tailor your resume, align your resume to the role you are interested in.
Take control of your career, be Proactive and stay Motivated!

Are you a glass ½ empty kind of person? If so you might want to try pushing yourself to be a little more positive. Yes things are hard, but you gotta keep on going. I just read this article that was pretty interesting. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/david-r-hamilton-phd/positive-people-live-long_b_774648.html So I guess you have to ask yourself, are you a positive or negative person?
