Hello my name is Catrina.I'm looking for production, assembly work factory.I was a group leader for 10 years.I enjoyed my job an people but didn't get along with the new big bosses after we got bought out.
Looking for assembly I love to put furniture, barbeques and anything to assemble , I worked with wood sanding and staining furniture, and warehouse stocking products on shelves
I've worn alots of different hats in my life and excelled at everything I've tried. Now at 51 I'm having a hard time jumping back into the workplace. Not sure if it's having too many differant jobs (thanks to 2008s economy) my age or my confidence that's holding me back. I've never not gotten the job before and it's really hurting my ego and pride. HELP!!!

There’s a major auto manufacturer recruiting assemblers for a new factory but I have absolutely no manufacturing experience. It’s the only company offering good pay and benefits. I have a family to take care of now so minimum wage retail jobs are not an option for me any more. Should I do something special with my resume or is there a short training course I can take somewhere to get certified?
