Be on time & in proper attire. Do not get involved in the "he said she said" dialogues...keep your personal business to yourself....leave your compaoning spirit in your car...focus on doing your job, helping teammates as needed....and be sure, no matter what's happening...smile :)

My biggest mistake so far has been getting to close to the customers. I love to help people in any way that I can , however they start to treat you as if you owe them something.
