I had 6 years of senority with O'Reilly's. In those 6 years l was not permitted to take my break. I took breaks but most of the time my commercial manager said( you can't you have to make this delivery now and it wad the same time of when i should have a break. Well i could not take it anymore and i got mad. There was hollering but no pushing or shoving. My district manager ( Don Bogs) fired me soon after the altercation. I felt i was mistreated for a very long time at O'Reilly ..

Someone can make friends at Monument Car Parts or any work place by having a responsible and upbeat work attitude/ethic. If you are responsible and do your part other workers and management will appreciate you and in so doing create a friendly work environment.
