Does a bankruptcy hurt a person's chances to get a job in finance? Say, for example, a job as a bank teller? The person I'm asking for wishes to remain anonymous, but their bankruptcy ends (removed from their credit report) in a couple more months.

Has anyone here, or anyone you've known started a job in banking/finance with a bankruptcy on their credit report (background check)? Or did you/they have to wait until the bankruptcy was off/removed from their credit report BEFORE you/they could get a job in this field? Did they ask you about it during the job interview?
