I have been looking for work since the let go with In-Terminal Services, and I don't think it's right, and now I am believing that jobs are using more then the past records as background checks, credit checks, I believe that they are now using my age as not to hire along with the lay-off with ITS, and that is not right because I want to work, and I'm not happy if I'm not working, because it is saying I don't have anything on life that I have done, and working is to be that, because I will work till I die!

So finding a job when have criminal background is like the hardest thing. Im trying to turn my life around but it seems like I still gotta live with my past. Every job i apply for shoots me down for my past. I even made it to the second interview pretty much got the job then i was honest and disclosed my background and then was told no. Look i understand why company's do background checks but what gets me is even with that being done companys still have things go on by people with no records. I just wanna work. Honestly, the stuff i had done in my past i made alot of money. Anyway to all those who suffer my pain dont give up trying Im not going to. To all those that do the hiring try giving people a chance if they are being honest with you.

can someone offer me suggestions???? I have had several interviews, they seem to go well, reference checks come back fine, then I wait and wait....the call never comes. What am I missing?? Is there an issue with background ie credit check??? My credit is poor due to health issues in the past I really don't know what is going on but this is discouraging and I really have no clue what to do or where this is going bad!!! I should not have any problem getting a job as a RN, but I am!!!! I am exhausted with the process, it seems a waste of time for all involved!! I have no criminal history, my RN license is unrestricted and active so I really don't know what the problem is can anyone out there help???? PLEASE?????
