Let someone I know get too comfortable and not take their card. Then would walk out and swear they payed when I paid them from my tips after said tab was cashed out..
The owner is no longer interested in the business. She's letting am eighteen years old girl run it now and it's nothing but trouble. So I would say save yourself the aggravation and don't do it.
Becoming super close with the owner. I love her she one of my closest friends. So a lot of times she would take advantage of his being friends and myself doing whatever helped.
Doesn’t look at the good work someone does. Listened to another employee that didn’t want the position she was being moved too from bartender.
An employee was quitting my previous job to work there. If I only new that the owner was going to shut down for renovations and than lease to new owners I would of never quit my previous job for they had their own crew. Besides that...I liked working there.
