Be the next to follow.

This may sound crazy, but I've never had a customer get angry with me at Native Cedar Boxes. I'm pleased to share because it may be a crazy world we live in, but typically, if you treat people as though they are valued for who they are other than just as customers, they'll treat you as an equal as well. No I haven't always made every customer happy easily, I specifically ask them multiple times if there is anything specific they would like or something unique added, and that establishes that I care about their satisfaction first, because life is about building relationships and connecting with LIFE, not chasing tickets and staying overworked and exhausted.

I helped an elderly man count his money out.. Poor thing, his eye sight is almost 100% gone and he handed me a 50 dollar bill thinking it was a 20 dollar bill.. I handed the 50 back and asked him if he needed help counting his money.. I told him to be careful for now on because the next person wont be so kind and trustworthy. .
