I appealed my unemployment denial. It has been approximately 4 months. I continue to file for my weekly claims. I have sent an email to the Dept. of Labor for a status update. No response. Glad I have savings. #unemployment #savings

It will give me the opportunity to support myself when I retire and before I Retirement to pay of debt...

Debate if it is better to resign when you know you are going to be fired- or better to be terminated so there is a chance of unemployment . I was told it was performance base but HR added the word conduct I think to disqualify me from receiving benefit. But for such minor issues. Any insight on if these things can be fought?

It was excellent experience loved it good especially benefits and work around availability

I am so tired of companies promoting the fact that they are all about a work life balance when they don’t care about it at all! What they really want is someone who doesn’t have children, a deceased spouse, actual life difficulties, or anything that semi-complicates your life in any shape or fashion! I have two children, a toddler and an 11-year-old, I recently lost my husband and have no family. So basically I have no career future because God forbid my child gets sick and I can’t make it to work or I’m late because I’ve gotten two hours of sleep in a week. It doesn’t really matter that I’m all alone, I have children and I lost my husband just over a year ago. All they really care about is the fact that I could have been late or missed a day. Forget about the option of working at home when you do your job diligently and better than most or the fact that you work your butt off to do the best possible job trying to overcompensate for the fact that you know this is your life and there’s nothing you can do about it. Welcome to the real world of people who only care about the bottom line, not that of being successful but rather being someone else’s idea of the Perfect Candidate!

Very good rate

no benefits....they dumped me out after ten years with the company.never gave me a reason why.

Full time employees get 1 week paid vacation per year, 401k (you have to sign up for it) very reasonable life insurance and some medical benefits.

I have been looking for months for the right opportunity. I was offered several positions with my decision not to accept 100% commission and no travel expenses paid. I just want to work where my skills can be a benefit to my employer and my family.

I enjoyed the time off you get at Christmas time and time off during the summer. What I disliked was the social clicks, the bullying, harassment and hazing for not being a union member, lack of teamwork and the different pay scales. The logistics department needs improvement asap, the micro management of the entire business needs to stop. The quality of products and how everything is checked definitely is not existent and definitely needs improvement asap! And department heads lie about meeting the monthly production goals in order to receive their monthly bonuses. There is no profit sharing to benefit all the hard work the employees put in fabricating painting and assembly of the backhoes Case produces. And the staff in HR is not the greatest. The head of Joyce Stimpson is a liar, two faced and untrustworthy. The current plant manager is cluelesd on how to run a billion dollar business effectively. If you are not in a social click or a union member,be prepared to have a target on your back. And if you get injured while on the job,be warned you'll be on the radar and the company snitches will throw you under the bus constantly. So be mindful
