The interview was fine, the job sucked and I don't recommend working there. I didn't get the work experience i wanted/needed, I was not on a schedule, I had to call in and half the time my manager was not there so I wasn't told when to come in, he didn't try calling or texting me, he never told me when to come in unless I asked, and I did not get layed for all the hours I worked. I quit.

Well the best thing was that i loved my job because they treated me like family and they really cared about you

My advice to people interested in working at #Bojangles'FamousChicken'nBiscuits as a #biscuitmaker ...
Be Pacific on what you can do and want to do in all areas or if you want to work only in one area you need to let them know also and if you're going to be a morning biscuit opener you have to make sure that you are able to be there at 4 a.m. in the morning to open up with a manager if you want to be a biscuit maker and they do have afternoon biscuit makers also but it varies so you just need to let them know what area that you're looking for to work at

When they expect you to do your job that takes a lot of time to do and no time to do anything else unless you don't need to do any thing at your station

I don't get mad easily and if I do get upset and angry I just keep to myself

I left my job at waffle house because they wouldn't let me transfer to a new location. I moved to Nash county in May 2017 with only 3k in the bank so, it was time to look because that money wasn't gonna last. I saw on snag a job that bojangles was hiring and, I applied to three in the area. I got hired by the first one I applied to and, I'm still here ever since working 44hrs a week. My checks are good but, some coworkers are real butts. I have medical benefits and, I'm doing well making ends meet but, i know I'll be searching for a part time to even some small gaps.
