Literally one of the worst places I've ever worked. Staff was constantly disrespectul and drama filled for no reason. The managers at the Sugarloaf Mills location are extremely lazy and unreliable when it comes to anything from letting us leave on time to not handling the consistant harassment issues in the workplace. Half the staff was either trying to start fights with eachother or were stealing. The supervisors are incredibly disrespectful and do absolutely nothing.

I felt I was in a comfortable environment, coworkers helped me a lot to achieve the experience I have now, supervisors were approachable and understanding, enjoyed the hard work I was putting in, liked the hours I had and I got really good at my job.
It's a fun environment can get pretty busy but overall it's a good job.
If your are looking for part time work and able to be flexible with your hours then this job for you
Not having enough teammates scheduled to work ,but still having projects that needed done
Meeting new people, and up selling products
The nicest thing a did at Burlington is train my co-worker and to see her bloom makes me happy
