The work I did I liked, the people were friendly. The money not good, the hours and days you worked some times good and slot of times not so good.

My boss completely flipped out on me because he knew I can't go over my hours due to being on SSDI and still working. He forgot I came in on a Sunday to help out which meant I had to adjust my hours a different night during the week. He was like " take a look at this line of customers and u are going to leave?" I said I have to and u know that. I went over in hours one month and social security shorted my check 400. He was completely yelling at me in the break room while I was putting on my coat. Then he said fine just leave but take a look at your coworkers faces dealing with the line as u leave early have a nice Christmas quote end quote. Wtf totally unprofessional behavior and discrimination against people who still work but collect SSDI

I loved working at Burlington Coat Factory because all of the employes were a team. It didn't matter which department you were from, if a client needed help from another department that was not yours we always helped out. We had great communication and made a great team. We did our work on time and help who ever hadn't finished their department. It was an awesome job experience but unfurtanetly I had to let go because of the poor hours they gave me. Burlington gave me a chance to grow and learn how to deal with situations that I didn't know I was capable of doing with sich passion and love.
