In 2020, I have made a commitment to lay the foundation for having my own lucrative businesses. Some necessary steps were paying off debt, increasing my credit score, networking with successful investors and picking a business of interest, and sticking to it until it’s lucrative and opens up opportunities for others. Some of the business ventures I am into and developing is real estate, non-profit, motivational speaking and a clothing line. I wish you all the best in all your business endeavors!

How to make your business successful? I decided to open a network of workshops. Specialists in home repair, furniture assembly, plumbing and so on will work here. Can you advise me what to do so that my business brings more profit?

For the most part my experience at Compass Group was good. I worked as a Senior Database Developer in the Payroll Department where I developed automated procedures to facilitate reports. I left when their benefits program changed their sign-up procedure and locked me into benefits, that cost me, that I no longer desired to have. Another reason for having quit was that I had more experience than my manager that had been at the company for many more years than myself. There wasn't room for me to grow.

it's company pay salary altime but salary is little

No one got mad at me for any reason

I really liked the people I worked with. The job was not hard at all. I made work like redoing their filing system and organizing the supply room To tell the truth it was boring a good deal of the time. I prefer more a more fast paced environment.
