I work hard at #C&MForwarding because my dream is...

I was fired from C & M Forwarding for making too many mistakes with paperwork. The dispatcher position I was hired for requires a computer with 2 - 3 monitors , as multiple applications are used. I was given a 15" laptop to use for the first 6 months , which is completely inadequate to do the required tasks efficiently. Everyone knew this. I was given my own computer / multiple monitor setup when we moved to the new building , just before Christmas. The staff I worked with was my immediate supervisor , who was lead dispatcher. There is an afternoon dispatcher also . My hours over lapped their shifts so I could assist with data entry and processing driver's paperwork. C & M employes 25 driver's and has many outside carriers they contact with. It is a fast paced high volume warehousing / trucking company. The Dispatch / Operations Supervisor and the Warehouse / Shipping Supervisor also shared the office with dispatch. Training at C & M consisted of being shown once and expected to know it afterwords. MIstakes were met with disdain , anger and expletive laced tirades. I witnessed repeated tantrums from some of my supervisors. I have seen boxes of labels thrown across the room because they had been moved from their original location. The office environment was not a stable one. I do not wish to return to C & M in this lifetime.

When I worked at #C&Dcabinets I gave great advice when

Honesty I work for an honest day of pay. Don't be afraid to ask questions, there isn't anybody that knows it all. Consider every day hey learning day. Be considerate and have an open mind. Take pride and everything you do.
