I felt appreciated at #C.S.I.ErosionControl when...

I felt appreciated at C.S.I. Erosion Control when I first got hires on, before they had a full crew. When they only had about 6 or 7 people, I was appreciated. When the got to the 12 they wanted, they COMPLETELY changed. I stared hearing racial slurs, and the boss would never answer my text messages anymore.

It was my company. I had a partner who was the money man basically. I did the rest on my own pretty much. I knew friends in the trade that helped me out. I was paying out around 5 bucks a gallon of gas there at the end. Running my big truck. Scraping out my own jobs to save money on dump fees. Subs on the job didn't even know I was the boss until it was payday and I would show up with there money.

Dont waste your time if you are looking for a stable and lasting job. The training is horribly lacking in every way. The supervision seem to be split down the middle. Half are decent and the other half are completely spineless and will throw you to rhe wolves to save themselves any day. I worked there almpst half a year and did a damn good job. They went from wgat they said was record sales to laying off half their staff. My wife and i included in a month. How that works i have no idea. Waste of time in my opinion.
