In this call center business you can get some anger customer’s. Tha one day I had one and the miles on her credit card, she felt the miles should equal the same a cash value. She didn’t fly, she just wanted the money. So I explained the whole program that she doesn’t have to just fly we offer many other options she can use. Well by the end I saw she had an upgrade for Quicksilver cars which offered 1.4% cash bank. I offered her the plan without and cost to her and all her miles would transfer over to cash and still no annual fee. She was so funny with me by the end of the call she said she would be using her card for wvedoand if it weren’t for me she would’ve never know. So very good ending that I love.
