I held my last job, officially, for over three and a half years. It was one of the greatest experiences in my life but it was not in my chosen field so it was time to move on. Working for a small, local business for that long gives you a special relationship with your coworkers and superiors. It was a very difficult decision to move away from two stable, well paying jobs to somewhere where I was not sure what the future held but with the potential of a brighter one. I am still trying to find stable work in my new home but with the experience I gained in my previous positions, I am confident that I will be able to meet any challenge new jobs could put before me.

I am looking for a company that is serious about growth and success. A company that doesn’t mind thinking outside of the box. A place where they really mean its ok to try new things.

Does this exist anymore?

Dear Potential Employers: As I've sifted through various "opportunities" on this board, one fact has become crystal clear: the majority of you do not provide any training whatsoever for the positions you offer. In fact, most of the job requirements state "Must have at least-- --years of specific, job-related experience in this industry." As you may have observed, this board is populated by individuals who, to say the least, have no experience whatsoever in the jobs you describe. Here's a simple solution: Employers, PLEASE START TO OFFER TRAINING You'll discover that you'll be able to choose from a large pool of candidates who are willing and eager to learn something new, almost guaranteeing long-term commitment to your organization. Win-win.

For almost 7yrs in a electronics company wherein we used to assembles some parts of cpu,led ligths and many more...my knowledged was more relevant most common on some hardware parts of pc or the hdd.i used to learned also how to assemble the led lights and many more.....its my gratitude to the company whose hired and trust for me for so many years and thought me a lot of things on how you value your work, the company, your co-workers and your employeer of course...why i got to resigned?as on my own experience, once you've engaged in this kind of work environment, you'll invest most of your time to it.i don't want to sacrifice my family life and time and otherwise to my husband and to my son....eventhough my siblings and parents was depending on me...thats what you called decision making, you've got to choose?!?!

Achieved a since of organization in the mist of chaos and rushing to meet project deadlines while at the same time training a team of employees on software applications.

for the past years I directed several departments, for bipartisan political reasons, they removed me from my area, which does not bother me because I work and I adapt very well in any area. However I do not tolerate the icompetent people.
