I'm ready to leave this job just wanna do what I like take care of elderly in their home I just can't find anybody paying for training

It is the most vindictive company to work for. The only person worth anything in the office is the woman that does the payroll. They don't care for the clients. It's just a paycheck. In a year one client waited 9 months to get a new shower chair and another clients mom told me she had been telling the company for a year to get her son new glasses and that she'd even pay for them. They don't train you but when states about to come for a yearly checkup they try to hurry and get things in order. More than once I was told to think about what I say in front of others cause it could seem like we aren't taking care of the clients. I told them I don't think before I speak cause I have nothing to hide. The response I got was that's gonna be a problem and I said then it will be cause I have nothing to hide and don't think before I speak. I stayed only cause I love the clients then I got fired cause of a HIPPA violation yet I didn't violate any HIPPA laws. The company is sorry.

Yes, I believe age matters, I've been working all my life. I use to work for Department of human Services for About 9 yrs. When cuts came along, seniority ruled. So, i continued to search for work. I worked a while at Columbus Estate's. My client went in to Hospice. I've worked with IHSS for 4 yrs. In House Support Service's. I'm currently waiting on a client.

I know I’ll get a good job in SF

Always treat them like their family and how you would whated to be taken care of

Felt like I didn't do my job right

I would go home crying and take it out on my husband I have been doing it almost 30 years

You just have to count to 10 sometimes they dont realize what they are doing are saying
