I am new to this job. I have a certificate or Diploma in this field of study and would try to work in this area, with little or no working experience.

I had just graduated from a job program and my caseworker from the job program said that there was a position available for a dog washer so I went over to Puppy Love and started work three days later.

I've spent the last 11 years of my life in HR working my way up from the bottom. After being let go of my last job, I do not think I want to stay in HR. My true passion is helping people, which is why I got into HR but after being in management and working with the executives, I am burnt out on trying to get them to understand the importance of HR and truly helping people. I have my SHRM-CP and PHR certifications, a Bachelor's degree in English Education, and am a Notary Public with CPR certification. I can do online teaching/tutoring but did not keep with my teaching certification and don't want to teach in a brick and mortar school. Any suggestions as to a good career move from HR that would still help people??? All I want to do is help people and make a difference. Thought teaching and HR would do the trick but not so much. :( Thank you!
