To land a job at #City of Oroville I would make sure to...

I would not recommend anyone work there. City management and Human Resources are horrible.

I wish my job @ #City of Philadelphia mural arts program had...

Unfortunately, this organization will not support you if something bad happens to you. They will victim blame, shame and silence you. They recently called to have me do some work. I was open minded, hoping they had changed, but it was more of the same. Telling me my work and pay could not be comparable to a male artist, refusing to give me a straight answer on pay, telling me where I live, how I live, what my experiences were with certain populations and expressing shock and disbelief when I told them they were way off base. This is a toxic environment for women. Years ago, I was told by 2 administrators there that I was at fault for being raped. In the years that followed, whenever I would return to the office people would comment on my weight, hair color, attractiveness and what they assumed was my past. I endured stares and snickering. One crew member asked a man who knew me if he had "fd" me yet. The complaint was not believed and that man still works there. Take the money and run with this company. They will act like they care but they don't. Don't be fooled.

I was ,as a sales rep, left to my own means to develop my sales revenue. This trust allowed me to be successful. The staff was fun to work with and the owner was a good man.
