Job Description:
- In need of maintenance staff to perform general cleaning and maintaining of the building.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Maintenance with various task.
- Performs work according to standard procedure
- Must cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows.
- Be able to broom, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, strip and wax floors.
- Uses vacuum cleaners to clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and blinds.
- Performs touch up and finish painting when needed.
- Replenishes restroom supplies.
- Replaces light bulbs throughout the building.
- Clears snow from entrances and walkways.
- Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to rooms.
- Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Skills:
- Previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance work.
- Ability to relate to staff and public in a courteous manner.
- Must be able to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
- Must be able to lift 50lb
- Flexibility to travel to all office locations.

Job Description:
During this time of the Covid -19 pandemic we are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as cleaning professionals and disinfection technicians to work on the front line in the battle against disease and infection, using client-supplied materials.
Our disinfectors provide critical sanitizing services that create healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds and properly document their activities, while working under our client’s supervision.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- May include wiping down and disinfecting of door knobs/handles, elevator buttons, and additional sanitizing of common areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
- Restocking of supplies in the bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture.
- Cleaning windowsills and windows.
- Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.
Required Job Skills:

- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
