Working for private care has had its ups and downs. Just like every job. If you are looking for a caregiving job you really have to have a lot of patience. More patience with dealing with your co workers. Everybody does things differently. And the boss is never there so you need to have a backbone and give the best care to your client. Good luck with your job search.

I am a CNA been CNA for 33 years .I work at the same job for 17 years. I did my job the best I can. However that's not good enough ,I got let go, telling the truth is not enough is who they will believe .
