Everyday of working for Matrix is unnecessary stress added to your life. The pay is decent if your a traveler as they offer travel pay, but they do everything in their power to penalize you and take it away. The jobsite was severely under staffed causing major safety issues that were continuously ignored by leadership. This has got to be the most unsafe company I have ever worked for. Everyday you come to work you wonder if this is the day they will fire you so that you cant get unemployment or you will be injured. This company has a big rug with major concerns that stay swept under it. If you are union prepare yourself for the most unorganized, unsafe, and forced trade crossing you will ever see. I would strongly recommend doing your research before agreeing to work for this company. I would give them a 2/10 only because the pay was decent.

You will learn something s new and the workers and the supervisors are easy and fun to work. There is always something to do, so stay busy.

People their talk to one another instead of arguing or fighting. If one gets angry they walk away to calm down, then come back to talk it out.

It was a great place to work for the staff was great except for a machine operator that worked very unsafe and my life was narrowly compromised three times. I would only recommend this job to someone who is very physically fit and capable of moving at a fast rate of speed.

The people I work with are very racist they see that I out work the rest of the Hispanics and tried to take advantage of my work skills my strength so when they see they couldn't break me with the harder work and harassment they let me

Cause i can see my creations show off my work

Alpine is a great place to work at. You get to do various types of jobs. They will train you as well

Honestly I learned a lot. Every company has its ups and downs. If I could do it again I wouldn’t change anything for the experience as well as knowledge. The cons were Their was no benefits, & some of the expectations were not realistic and down rite scary with the rain/water during wintertime. Other than that, they’re a solid company.
