Dont do it! The pay sucks and the managers are terrible! All they care about is their bottom dollar..employees be damned. If you want to work somewhere where you will be taken advantage of and worked to death this is the ideal job

The sense of family. After 11 years at Cracker Barrel everyone felt like they were family members. Even management.
