I don't have a problem working, my problem is getting hired.
I am an X fellon, have not been in trouble with the law since 2011. I am a hard worker and really would like to get a chance to prove, people can change and learn from mistakes. People here your a fellon they make every excuse in the world to not hire you or to let you go after they get the background check. I would greatly appreciate someone to give me a job so I can prove what I can do and prove I have changed.

I work for a company almost 7 years, an at the end January of 2023. The company let me go, because they did a background check on me.

I am attempting to find employment after a time of incarceration. I have never been without employment, even inside prison. I am always willing to work at whatever position I have. I have multiple years of Sales, Customer service and Order Fulfillment/Warehouse work. I always take pride in whatever job I am at and you will find a dedicated employee in me. I am able to start immediately.

I am soon retiring after twenty-five years in public education. I have been a teacher, counselor, graduation coach, improvement coach, professional development coordinator, facilitator of adult learning, curriculum director, accreditation review facilitator, state-level regional coach, just to name a few.

I am looking to make an industry change. I have spent many years leading in an environment that is often disrespected and wrought with uncontrollable variables, all the while children's futures are on the line. I need a change. I am looking to work with an industry that continues to help people. Ideally, I want to work in a positive environment where I can make people happy. That sounds corny, I know.

I believe I have a varied set of skills that could translate to many positions within a organization. It should come as no surprise that I'm a lifelong learner. My career has been all about change and learning the "next new.thing." If given the opportunity, I have no doubt that I could learn the skills of a new industry.
