I'm an amazing scientist / engineer. Very experienced with Quality, Process, Project, and Manufacturing Engineering. I've been Downsized five times in the past twenty years. And struggled to find good employment in the specialized area of metal finishing but my Quality Assurance background is very strong and versatile. I've prepped for ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP audits that resulted in zero findings. I've managed large Capital Expenditure projects. I've led Process Improvement projects that resulted in zero defects / rejects for several months in a row. Would love to find a company that offers stability and a long term opportunity. Kind regards, Lynn

We was all young and dumb once (well maybe some wasn’t)! Tell me how you are to better yourself with 7-3 yr old chargers 2 felonies almost 8 yrs ago and several misdemeanors that happened a long time ago!! I have participated and successfully completed every single class that was given to me past every drug test attend every appointment worked my butt off to get where I am today. Tell me why I got turned down 15 jobs last year now one so far this year, how can I support myself or my Child if I can’t get a job anywhere or smy record because my fines are not paid. I called this race schism I don’t care I have tried. I am a good person and a wonderful worker dependable, reliable, trustworthy all the above. I go above & beyond anything everything I do I can’t get a job anywhere not even a yard sale anyone have any advice for this?

I don't know what city you're in. But if there is a Goodwill there, ask them about the "Now" program. They'll be able to train and pay you. Then after that they'll find you employment. Good luck and I hope you find success.

The career path I am aiming for involves investigating, protecting the rights of people of any background or culture, problem solving issues related to health, and to protect private information, searching for problem areas that need solutions for properly identified healthcare by delivering resources on education and other resources to protect certain minority groups, and disabilities.

From my experience looking at your online activity isn't a requirement during back ground check. As Shantel states the manager may take it upon themselves to check into.
