I was hired for 2 months before I was let go because a background check showed sexual battery. It is a misdemeanor and they said I can reapply 7 years after my disposition date. Is they a way to speed this up? Or what can vmbe done?

Ok so check this out!!!!!So I live in Peoria Illinois. And this is how F###ed up our system is. Say ur a resident of Illinois and have a felony on ur background. They will disregard you. And hire an illegal immigrant before u. And u r an American citizen.

I'm a middle aged male that just had gastric sleeve surgery and have been without work for over a yr because of covid also and looking at getting back into the workforce and need a second chance because I have a felony from 7 yrs ago.Would love to work from home but open to anything.I am very dedicated and hard worker.
