What happens when you get the job & then this big FELON pops up cuz they over looked it one time and boom there it is a second time

Did ten years straight had no problem getting jobs plus you can get a trade in welding and most weld shops ain't trippin

I am a Junior at Penn State and have a passion for music production and audio engineering. I have lot's of experience working in a studio and live setting with recording gear, digital audio workstations, instruments, artists, writers, producers, engineers, and more.

I downloaded the app and went through those steps. They gave me clearance, I came off the waitlist, I delivered for over a month, then my background check came through with a six year old misdemeanor and they deactivated me 😖

I have served as a Project Engineer and Manager for various MILCON Projects for the USACE Philadelphia District and during a ten-month tour in Afghanistan. I managed and reported daily on numerous projects. Contributed inputs into project milestone activities, using MS Project and/or Primavera resource and scheduling software. I Identified project resources, manpower and material requirements, and ensured all requirements, gaps, and shortages were identified and corrected, and all projects were completed to deadline and within budget. Served as a Certified Contracting Officer’s Representative and Technical Representative. Completed Defense Acquisition University Level I certification in Systems Engineering and Program Management, 2005-2006, in addition to my Security background, professional experience, and professional security training and certifications, this makes me an excellent candidate for this position.

I worked for Enterprise leasing, Driving Cars and trucks for 4 years, with NO Wrecks, Tickets, not even a scratch, perfect Record, and I cant get a Job. I dont want to deliver food, aside from that I never hear back from anyone, Why is that?
