You know some time a person get so tired of people saying what doesn't matter on an application but soon as employer see that one thang conviction.right then you are excluded from that job. What some people need to realize is that a person pass doese not define who they are today thats why I feel a person should be given a second chance to make something out of themselves.because if a person continue to here that WORD NO they lose hope and turn back to there old life.so if you can help someone do so and GOD will see the good in you

I need a reliable job near montgomery county kentucky. I havent had a job in almost 2 years because I happen to be with the wrong people at the time and have a record now and I cannot get anyone to hire me. I am a hard worker and quick learner. I am a honest, hard working country girl and will go beyond mesures of working late. I can work over time and have multiple skills and its like the more i try the harder it is to get a job. Im a great factory worker (I prefer factory work) but I will take anything at this point because I am desperate for a job. I am a very independent woman who will work harder than a man and when you see progress in my work you will see how useful of a worker I really am. Please help me fund a job!..?

I've got a messed up criminal history. But I have served my time. I've been home 2 years, and I'm having a hard time landing a good paying job. I've got a vehicle. I've got a good support system. I've got always good relationship with my children and family. But I need to provide for them, better than what I am doing now. I'm struggling to hang on, and keep my sanity and composure. But I don't see a break coming my way! I need help!! I'm almost 42,but in great shape. I am a fast learner, when taught correctly. I just need one shot!! I've tried everything. All I want to do is provide for my children. And prove that I am worth the chance!!
