I worked on a site called DaSilva Gates I had white male run on site in to the equipment and I had to find the subject. Unable to find subject I called Dispatch then called police I had 2 hours to find the subject. Me and a supervisor patrolled the site over and over but I forgot the golden rule notify site manager. Then 3am in morning employees was coming in to work then all equipment was started up and I knew it was to late. What if the subject was hiding in the equipment he would of been chopped up. This was a rock and sand plant with 100 of trucks coming and going talking about stressful night.

As long as I been with the company I never seen any Issues that lead to Drama

We worked as a team and the supervisor treated the employee with respect. We also had equipment that was high technology with top Dollar pay. We was owned by retired police officer and at any time if we needed to talk to our bosses they take time out to talk with us. What I like the most if we needed back up you can bet your last Dollar a supervisor will be at your site in 20 mins or less and if you wanted over time you got it. I just love CSC Security let's just say they oil the wheels (you as a employees) and it's very rewarding.

I had a supervisor walk past me at the employee gate where I was working bag searches and metal detector. He brought someone through and dropped him off at the media credential window. I was telling that there was nobody there giving out credentials. Then when he walked back through the metal detector, he starts moving the charging device that operates the metal detector closer to the metal detector. I told him that it can't be placed too close to the detector because it will constantly set it off. He then turned to me and yelled at me to be quiet and calm down. He was yelling at me at the top of his voice. And then he just walked on The sad part about it is that he has done this to me in the past. And yes, I was calm before he came by and after a few minutes, I was calm after he left. Oh well......

The staff is really friendly and the get cool eve ts to work I have been working for 5 years with them
