The biggest mistake I made as a #Csr at #K-ForceHumanae-Health/CorporateCallCenter ...

When I made a terrible choice and lost my job beforehand

My biggest mistake was doing a return after the customer left because of the line

Don't. My training class started with 14 and after they let me go, there were 3. I was literally fired because "the customer compliments you got (3 days in a row) don't matter because this is sales, not customer service." I don't want to work for a company that values it's employees and excellent customer service so little. No wonder the turnover is so ridiculous.
