One time I was having a long day at work, nobody would answer the phone for a carry out. The lady was getting impatient. I decided I would help and carry the items out myself! Customers always first!

I has worked for Auto Zone on and off since 2000. I left once for a year and returned back to work at the same store. In October of 2012 I left again because Social Security was taking to much of my pension I stayed gone till October 2016 when I again returned to work at the same store. I was terminated on 07/11/2018 for trying to take care of a customers. I refunded the money she payed for the starter and sold he a battery which was the problem. The only problem I did not have the starter I refunded the for. The customer left happy and is still doing business with Auto Zone. So as I am concerned it does pay to take care of customers.

I'm a very shy child and would have many panic attacks if I were to work at a job were I'd need to constantly talk to people.

The ability to interact and help people in my community with little things that are important throughout the store. I enjoyed answering questions and showing my social side

Me being my boss i feel proud when i make customers happy and thankful to where they want me to do more work for them . How I can comlet projects for my n a timely and safe manner , understand what it is they want done and keeping them informed along the way. I give all my customers a follow up call a week after completion for feed back on my service and t reassure them that I stand behind my work and if any situation should rise they can count on me to be there to take care of it . The positive feedback I get from them really makes me feel proud.

I liked most of the parts of working for KFC. Management was understanding but strict and we were usually understaffed so we all had to learn how to do everything from taking and filling orders to running the drivethru or cleaning your station, the dining area and the floors. The best part are the people you work with you develop a real bond since your working long crazy shifts together and by the end ull have some good stories about crazy customers to tell your friends. If you work long enough shifts you also get free food and drinks so thats a good perk too

What I loved about my last job was talking and interacting with many different people.
