Answering the phone "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo". I have NEVER worked at Wells Fargo!!! They said "Oh sorry, I dialed the wrong # and I said no worries, have a great day". When they called back I made sure someone else answered it!
It's extremely stressful there is no company back up doing collection but the customer or great to work with and you can make some good bonus
