Is not to be employed by them if at all possible. They will work you ragged and then keep money from your hard earned paycheck in hopes that you will not notice . There is so much discrimination and harassment that it is truly a shock to me that they ate still able to operate.

I worked for a retail catalog company as a Customer Service Associate. 2-1/2 years ago, I started working from home. At that time, our managements was local and we had support and able to work closely with our supervisor and manager. 1 year ago, local management was no longer available and all of our supervision was sent to Las Vegas. The communication and the support are all being handled by them. They do not even know us. We are an employee number, attendance number and production results. I had an extremely bad call one day and observation on that call by our off site management caused them to suspend me. Which, after taking it to HR, terminated me for "Miss Contact." Everyone of us in my area have gone from loving our jobs to dreading and hating every day that we have to work. I just turned 70-years old in August but still capable of doing this WFH job........and I am not sure that I have not been discriminated against.

If you can deal with customers complaints, then you should apply if they're still operating in you area. The pay was decent and awesome benefits

I would tell them to stay confident and focused on the issue at hand and handle it just as they would like someone to assist with there problem.
