I love my coworkers & having built relationships with a lot of our patients. I’m proud to be able to call a lot of them my friends.

Should involve more with the regional manager and the development pipeline for the next DM or RM..... You always feel their a disconnect above the regional manager.... Its up to him to decide talent career regardless of the experience.... we promote people based on their experince and achievements.... i am one of the store managers who left the company after i was paragon winner and i enroll in EL program i was not giving directions on my opportunities or my plans to improve. The district manager who was assigned to my district he was laid off at the end of 2017 due to lack of performance in the same time he was a district manager for over two years. They did not relize the damage that he cause to the moral and and the engagement of the managers..... if the CEO will get intouch with me i will tell more about the story...... i figured if i call the ethics line and the issue will not go passed the HR business partner who was the main cause of bringing the unprofessional, inexperience district manager. I loved CVS i was an exceed expectations for three years as store manager and 4 years meet expectations. I left the company and would like to come back because CVS made me who i am.

You can't be slow when you work at CVS. Everything is fast paced and customer service is number one.

The most stressful days at CVS is when we are nearing a certain holiday season. It isn't bad stress but it is a fun stress because the store is always packed and it makes the environment Happy in the store. When there are a lot of people within the store and the line is long, that where the stress resides.

I accessed how both the customers and I could resolve the issues that could at least work into their favor or would work out for them the next time they came back into the store.

I liked being hands on with tasks and work with the customers that had any sort of problem.
