Well the boss was really nice. He was good with his workers. Like I tell everyone I love working. I have been working since I was in the 9th grade. Just being able to have a job is a good feeling. So I stay with him cause he had good amount of work and gave us the options to work weekends if we wanted to. He was real good at flexing and working with you if you needed to do something and could t make it on time for work or if you needed to leave early

We built residential Trac homes and multi million dollar custom homes we had a great crew that knew how to work as a team that is what I really enjoyed about d.b . Minter construction

I apologized and they got a discount on their meal but that didn't happen that much, because I wasn't the server, although there have been times when it has been so busy that it took customer's food a little longer than normal to be expedited.
