I was recently laid off. My boss said for lack in work not enough work coming into the company right now. But at the same time he brought up my disability which is epilepsy/seizures saying that since i cant drive and had no license what could he use me for i felt offended considering he has known my issues when i was hired. I live in Delaware and with my condition they take your license away for 3 months and after that and a doctor write up and staying seizure free for 3 months you can get them back. That hasn't happen for me and i may never get them back again cause of my issues. Also if I was let go for not enough work for company how come no one else was let go just me. Wondering if i have a case?

After many months of being put on hold, signing with numerous employment agencies and getting 0 results I have finally landed an assignment. If you haven't tried Integrity Staffing please look them up, they are out of Delaware but opening offices in other states. Good Luck fellow Jobcaser's.

If anyone lives in the Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania area I know for a fact that People Ready is hiring for Firefly in Dover, DE. They will start you as early as 6/13 or 14 until the end. But it's working outside.

I'm Rachel Clark from Newark, Delaware. My zip code is 19713 and I am looking for a job ten miles away from my zip code. I love kids! They are my pride and joy. I do have experience, but my former employer and I don't keep in touch anymore, so asking for a reference is difficult. I watched over a 7 and 9 year old, and I have some experience with toddlers. I am hoping I can find someone who is as flexible as I am on the schedule. Please contact me at rachelclark2002@yahoo.com for more information!
