This depends on how well you handle stress for me the busy time is the fun times but as with all jobs I would say bout %80of people can't handle the full house times so there is a high turnover rate there and that goes with all titles there all around other than managers and co managers but it indeed takes a special breed to do what they do.other than the full house times I've seen a lot of people make it thru the day pretty happy.

Yes the drama side of this place is pretty high but this is only because they are so personal with there work you are more of a family than a co-worker so when something comes outta left field they will confornt the situation rite then and there no exceptions but on the other hand if someone is acting stupid with you they do take it personally and that person is handled before you even find out once again Denny's family.

The Denny's co-workers are awesome they all understand what it takes to make the time go by and that the co workers there do make the restaurant and that it does take every last person pulling there weight to make the wheels turn properly and if one falls short the other will jump in to get it done so basically the Denny's fam has been one of the best damn restaurant fams I have ever had the honor of working with.

The people were kind and e

I walk away

Disappointing cause everyone panic instead of relaxing an working together to get thru the moment

Dont work there cause they are using drugs from the GM down including minor an it was detrimental to my recovery

I loved working at Denny's because of the fast pace, yet easy to manuever team effort. Plus my managers never spoke down about our efforts only postitively supports how we could do things better. I would definitely work at another restaurant.
