looking for typetting or graphic artist jobs to work from home.

I loved working with my mom. Since I don’t live at home I got to spend more time with her and I got see what she actually got to do in her line of work

I would never recommend this place for employment the supervisor screams in employees faces calls the dumb and has NO respect for them. If you have an issue he goes around telling other employees about it making situations worse. The employees they do have get away with bullying and harrassment I myself had issues with this and when I went to Larry (supervisor) he did nothing but make the situation worse. They have a quality name amber whom begs everyone for pain medication (narcotics) and her and her boyfriend George smoke marijuana in the parking lot every day. Amber and her daughter spread lies and rumors about people call people names and bully people without punishment. I seen so many employees walk out or not return because of them people alone and the way they treat people amd unfortunately it will never change. This dont even begin to touch the issues that go on , I will not be surprised to see this place fail as a business due to the supervisor him amd amber have multiple times had bad parts packed and sent and dont care amber has bashed the owner to employees and said how she is smarter and makes him look stupid ..this place needs lots of work.

I managed to find a part-time job as a graphic designer today. I still want to get back into journalism, but I was in business as a graphic artist, website designer, and Internet marketer for 25 years. I want to relocate back to the Huntington, WV area and Marshall University. I have even considered going back for a doctorate. It is one of those remote, work at home jobs. I don't know how long this is going to last, but I am excited for now.

What I love working at Toneydesignz was meeting the different people and learning different cultures of Art

I was laid off in 2016 after sixteen years service as a graphic designer. I have been a GD for 30+ years working with many programs. I completed AAS degree in Web Design at end of 2018. I have been searching for work as graphic designer for 9 months. After many job offers to sell insurance, I finally got an interview with a printing company for a GD position. Nailed interview, got job & agreed on pay rate (no other benefits). First week I was given little design work. Mostly finishing procedures (padding, cutting, folding etc). Paycheck on the next Monday was at rate promised. The second week, more of same work, little computer work. The second Monday I was called into office and before giving me my check, owners wife says “we’ve decorated, since you just graduated and don’t know computers, we’ve cut your hourly wage $4/hr. So you will notice this check is smaller.” I then told her first that yes I just graduated web design and that I was not hired to do web work for them. I have done graphic work on the computer for 30 years. Using Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for at lest 10. This pay change was below the pay rate choices that were given as options in the interview, it was not what we had agreed on, it was unacceptable, and I was out of there. I don’t know if I should pursue back pay, file a grievance, report to BBB or what I should do. I did quit the job and am now looking for full time employment again at age 53.
