The people I met while working there was like my family.

What I love about dillards is that you get to enjoy help customers with their selections and how the store was always well organized also the management was supportive with the employees also is fun learning new things and most enjoyable was the people interaction.

The job it self I loved but it was the management and the company politics The sexual harassment that went on was outrageous and it didn't do any good to tell the higher ups because they have a good ole boy mentality. They stick together. I worked in the corporate office in little rock they have a dining room called Bistro 1600 I worked there 6 yrs never late maybe missed 10 days in 6 years but after I told the chef about the drinking and the drug use and the stealing of time it was a target on my back. He started writing me up over lies and finally fired me for being 5 minutes late back from break, and 90% of the time I worked on my break .So I asked for arbitration and was told to write a letter to my chef Kevin Sykes his boss Tom Goetz and his boss Mike Price and told everything that was going on and what had happened to me, nothing happened! Dillard's claims they have 0 tolerance for sexual harassment but that's a lie because Kevin Sykes still works there.
