I don't recall any issues with my co-workers or anything dramatic with costumers. Common issues is changed of schedule but we resolve amicably.

You have to make enough sales to cover your hours. They call it SPH(sales per hour) Mind was in the high 200.00 per hour. If sales are not made than you get a pay cut. Mine were always above due to having loyal customers. If you go below a certain amount it is a termination.

The biggesyt mistake was answering the incoming phone call.

Outdated equipment. The misdirected call that came in and I provided the customer the extension for the dept she was needing. The customer said I was rude and hung up on her, which was not true. The assistant management informed that I was terminated due to them having to stand behind the customer. No option of transfering call because the phones are so old. They are the same phones I grew up with in the 80's.
